Decided to join J and some of his friends for a holiday in Bali to celebrate their graduation. I didn't have a big graduation trip. It was a simple trip to India, with 1 travel mate, that I enjoyed a lot. Travelling in intimate groups allows me to be more introspective and gives me more time to think about life. With a group of friends, it's a different type of enjoyment - more time is spent doing activities as a group and interaction usually happens as a group together.
Maybe it's through such group travel that you learn more about yourself and your thoughts. You start to realise how different your views are from other people. There is a lot more questioning involved as well as I try to decipher what makes different people tick and the thoughts that they have. It can be very interesting.
Personally I prefer intimate travel groups as it allows for more adventure and self-discovery, and refreshes my mind and outlook about life.
